Perimeter Media + Culture Projects is a 501(c)3 non-profit media arts organization in New York City that presented the New York Animation Festival, the Outer Limits and MOOV media arts festivals, international cultural exchanges, and educational programs.
Perimeter was founded by Matt Isaac, whose current projects can be found at Waveform Projects and Signal Brigade.
